As part of strengthening sanitation awareness, the Nilambur Municipality organized a Sanitation Awareness Rally. The program was conducted with the objective of spreading awareness among the public and students about the importance of waste management and environmental cleanliness.

As part of the event, Municipal Chairperson Padmini Gopinath administered a cleanliness pledge. She emphasized that cleanliness is essential in both personal and social life and called upon everyone to actively participate in sanitation initiatives.

The rally was attended by elected representatives, municipal officials, teachers, students, and members of the public.
